Qatar’s national museum is made by the French architect Jean Nouvel. Glass-reinforced concrete panels cover the 40.000 m² of the building. The architect wanted to protect concrete against staining and water and give a “sand” colour meant to represent the desert. He therefore called upon Guard Industrie’s expertise to formulate a custom-made colour of the concrete stain ProtectGuard Color.
